Kinexus Australia Hiring for Software Engineer Job at Sydney, Australia Full Time

We are looking for a Software Developer to work for a leading Maritime high technology enterprise firm based in Sydney, NSW. The Software Developer will support the ADF for a Radio Systems Program. This role is performed on a full-time permanent basis.

By taking up this opportunity, you will immerse yourself in the Australian Defence Industry, growing connections with leading ICT and ADF experts. You will be allowed to showcase your design, development, and testing of real-time software skills. This includes developing graphic user interfaces and collaborating with Project Managers and Project Engineers to achieve Project outcomes. A background in Defence is preferred, although not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the software design, development and testing tasks.

Support the Senior Engineer with designing, developing, and testing of software relating to complex systems.

Develop real-time stable software to meet software design requirements.

Support the transition of software products to the Installation and Support phases of the Engineering life cycle.

Maintain software configuration reports and design documents.

Work with designated Project Teams to Achieve Project Specific outcomes

SKILLS & EXPERINECE NEEDED

Experience as a Software Developer.

Tertiary education in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.

Proficient in C#, C++ and/or Python programming languages.

Experience in Real Time environments (such as Defence, Medical or Transport).

Australian Citizenship, willing to upgrade to NV1 Security Clearance.
