The Order Entry Specialist will assist customers and support the Retail and Wholesale Sales staff. The successful candidate will be mentored by senior leadership, learn about the organization as a whole, and be presented with opportunities as part of an overall career development program.

**This position requires 2-3 days working on-site in Seattle, WA each week. In-state applicants only, please.**

What you’ll do as an Order Entry Specialist:

• Quickly respond to inquiries from customers via phone and e-mail about pricing, availability, etc.
• Receive and process a high volume of orders in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Provide order status updates and invoice customers.
• Help with warehouse order management.
• Support sales team members and management to make continuous improvement in the sales process and quality of service.
• Provide internal support to the Retail and Wholesale Sales staff by working in Excel documents and linking to retail customer websites for updating and monitoring issues.
• Be actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts.

Do you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, marketing, communications, or a related field?
• Excellent customer service skills?
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask?
• A high level of attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency?
• Legal authorization to work in the United States?
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook?
• Bonus points if you have experience with ERP, EDI, or Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Hours, Pay, & Benefits:

• This is a full-time opportunity working 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with the possibility of overtime.
• Starting pay for this position is $21-23 per hour, based on experience.
