Washington’s premier eye care practice, King LASIK is seeking a results-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented for a Patient Coordinator position for a full-time position in the Kennewick, WA location .

We are a team-focused group who help people experience freedom from glasses and contact lenses.

A sample of responsibilities are:

– Answering phone calls from patients and colleagues

– Returning voices messages and emails from patients and colleagues

– Checking in patients when they arrive for their appointment

– When needed you will assist in typical office duties: charting, file preparation, welcoming of patients, etc.

– Exceptional organizational skills will be needed to succeed in this position

– This person will spend quite a bit of time with patients in person, calling prospective patients, confirming pre and post-operation appointments and fielding general questions

– In addition to these functions, this person will also be responsible for greeting patients and creating a comfortable and inviting environment

– Other duties similar in scope and complexity

– The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact tactfully with patients, referral sources, physicians, and staff.

– Must be professional, with a warm, friendly demeanor, is capable of multi-tasking, and is a problem-solver

– Must have strong computer skills, and a working knowledge of ophthalmic surgical procedures is preferred, not required
