We are looking for a data entry clerk create and manage spreadsheets for entry into our databases.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for entry into our databases.
- Transfer data from physical documents into electronic files through scanning or data entry.
- Update our database with new information, and make revisions to errors in existing data.
- Ensure that all files are properly stored, backed-up, and organized.
- Retrieve data from databases, electronic files, or physical documents as needed.
- Excellent bookkeeping and organizational skills.
As a Data Entry Clerk for our company, you will:
- At least [X] years of previous data entry experience.
- Proficient in 10-key data entry, with a minimum speed of [X] WPM preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related field preferred.
