The Company:

Our client is a very successful premium Spa brand and is the first choice for homeowners who are buying a spa.  With over 24 branches in New Zealand and in Australia, they are busy and are still growing. They pride themselves on being the best in the business, with a strong commitment to ensuring their customers are looked after all the way through their spa ownership experience.

The Role:

On their behalf, we are to attract a very customer focused person, to perform Spa Deliveries and installations, as well as learn how technically trouble shoot any spa issues, and perform maintenance and repairs.

Delivery of a new spa is a very exciting time for customers, and they will be looking forward to it. We want that experience to be a great one, so are keen on hiring those who understand this and will take the care and time, to give a first-class spa delivery/ installation, customer experience.

You will be partnered with a teammate and together you will perform 2 or 3 delivery / installations each day.  

Not only will you be making the delivery, but you will also be installing the spa, filling it and getting it running, fitting accessories, and providing the customer some training on how it runs.  

Over time, it you are keen, you can be trained up as a Spa Technician and will attend more complex field-based service calls. You will get training in this area, but it would be great if you came armed with some technical skills and experience. 

 What we are looking for! 

•  You will be a well-groomed, physically fit person, with a good level of maturity and a good work ethic 
•  You will enjoy communicating with customers, with an upbeat, helpful attitude
•  If you have had some hands–on handyman/technical skills… (You can knock together a set of kit-set stairs, or fit a basic audio system), that would be great).
•  It will be a bonus if you have a forklift license, but if you don’t, no worries, we can get that sorted.
• You will need a full license, be able to drive a manual vehicle and be able to reverse a trailer. (Or learn to do this quickly) 
• You will enjoy an active, physical job. Sitting in an office all day is definitely not your thing
•  You will be a team player, and work together to get the job done.
•  You have pride in your job and the service you give.
•  We would like you to have at least a few years work experience under your belt and are DEFINTELY hoping that we attract some mature candidates.  
• We are looking for 2 new team members

The team use lifting equipment to move the spas and are conscious to do this the correct way. But spas are big and need to be maneuvered carefully, so there will still be some lifting and adjustments needed, as you get them positioned for your customer. 

So, you will need to be fit and relatively strong… and able to perform physical role, every day.

The Rewards:

 Our client pays well, and you will expect to earn between $65K – $70K.

 This s a Monday to Friday job, with some occasional over time and occasional weekend work.
