Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an Education Administrative Coordinator.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the Practice Development team within Maternity to ensure administrative support is provided to support the effective management of the education team.
You will provide secretarial support for Maternity training, ensuring training emails, schedules and feedback forms are sent in advance of training dates. Ensuring study days are added to staff rosters and that any absences from training are noted and new dates are booked. You will also assist the team to collate monthly training data to submit to South West London or equivalent departments.
You will be expected to work efficiently and flexibly as part of a team with good organisational skills. You will need the ability to deal with competing priorities without direct supervision.
