We’re in search of a Regional Manager with specific expertise in construction to oversee our operations in of New Zealand. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a profound understanding of both general construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction and projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with diverse teams: designers, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
• Uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and industry compliance.
• Mentor, guide, and cultivate the regional team’s skills, focusing on continuous growth.
• Oversee financial forecasting and regional budgets.
• Represent the company at local and international industry events.
• Advocate for the company’s ethos, emphasizing safety, integrity, and superior craftsmanship.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management. At least 5 years should be in a leadership capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the New Zealand construction and roofing market and its regulations.
• Robust financial and project management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of delivering substantial projects both on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in construction software
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
