In this key role, you will be working as part of our tight-knit and supportive team to help deliver to our ambition to make every Kiwi more financially successful. You will be using your individual personality and interpersonal style to make a connection with your customer; work to understand their broader financial needs and goals; and provide the appropriate solution where you can.

• Ability to learn and be knowledgeable about what you do – experience in lending will be advantage we want you to hit the ground running & DLA would be a huge advantage!
• Have great attention to detail, exceptional communications skills & ability to get things done right the first time.
• Proven ability to grow sustainable relationships.
• Banking experience or exposure to the financial services industry is essential.

The roles are full time 40 hours per week between Monday to Sunday.
