This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals to join our vibrant Contact Centre team. This is a foundation level role within the banking industry and a great opportunity to learn about banking and financial service sector from the ground up, with the support of coaches and leaders, helping to set you on a pathway for a successful banking career.

Our afterhours team play a crucial role supporting our customers in their time of need. They might be overseas, or here at home. You’ll be responding lost or stolen cards, reports of fraudulent activity and general account questions including answering customer emails.

The overnight shift available is part-time: Wednesday and Thursday 9.00 pm to 7.00 am and Sunday 4.00 pm to 12.30 am

• Previous experience working evening shifts, and a lifestyle that suits these hours
• Experience working from home independently, and have a suitable home office with Broadband internet
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre
• An excellent phone manner and communication (both written and verbal)
• You are cool, calm, and collected and passionate about providing advice and support.
• Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced customer environment.
• You are genuinely passionate about delivering stellar customer service.
• Proficient with using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening is essential.
• Ultimately, you are a flexible team player with a motivated approach to life, looking to be part of a friendly, positive working environment.

Applications close 19th January 2024. You will need to be available for the full-time training which is 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday for the first two weeks. Training for our remote roles, is done virtually. On week three you will begin your rostered shift.

Applicants must have NZ residency and will undergo credit and police vetting checks.
