As one of our Customer Verification Analysts, you will be responsible for ensuring that we adhere to our responsibilities under the AEOI and FATCA standards by maintaining the processes for capturing and storing customer tax verification documents, delivering customer due-diligence functions and reporting on the relevant data.

• AEOI (Automatic Exchange of Information) is one the fastest growing industry skill sets in New Zealand, so it’s a fantastic area to get into.
• FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) is a more mature version of our younger AEOI sibling.

• You have an analytical mind with superb attention to detail.
• Previous banking or financial background, and previous experience in a call centre is beneficial.
