KiwiRail Hiring for Data Entry Assistant Job at Wellington , New Zealand Full Time

KiwiRail are looking for a part-time Data Entry Assistant to work in our Payroll team, working every 2nd Monday and Tuesday. It is a Fixed Term position until the end of June 2022.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for providing payroll support in the entering of time sheets and validating of data within the Payroll Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Data entry of payroll time sheets
• Sorting of timesheets in numerical order
• Meeting all deadlines
• High quality of processing work to alleviate rework
• Efficient processing, validating, and actioning of all data entry tasks
• Process review
• Other payroll related tasks as required

Your Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will have strong data entry skills in both speed and accuracy, as well as a knowledge of administrative tasks, and experience in an administrative or data entry role.

Importantly, you will be able to work quickly and accurately and have excellent customer services skills.
