We are looking for a multiple Site Engineers to join this critical Programme in Wellington.
Your Role:
These Site Engineer roles sits within our Wellington Metro Upgrade Programme and are permanent positions in the Delivery team.
This is a very large programme of investment packages to upgrade the Wellington Metropolitan Rail Network and has two key objectives – renewing network infrastructure for existing services and upgrading the network to improve service in the future.

We are looking for candidates who can bring fresh thinking and demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement and innovation. You will have the ability to gather the appropriate information, analyse problems logically, and think laterally to develop solutions and make good decisions.
You will be open to change and demonstrate situational awareness and adaptability, while being a big picture thinker without losing attention to detail and accuracy.
Importantly, you will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
