This is a great opportunity to earn additional money by working on Rostered Shifts – 50 hours per fortnight.

Start Date: 7 November 2022 (but this can be negotiated)

Finish Date: 30 April 2022 (or earlier by negotiation)

Benefits: Full training

Hours Monday – Sunday – Rostered hours

Time and ¼ for any hours worked between 8pm and 8am

Interislander have exciting opportunities for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our teams at either the Wellington or Picton Ferry Terminal on a fixed term basis over our busy summer period. These roles are for 50 hours per fortnight

As a Customer Service Representative, not only will you provide exceptional customer service delivery to our passengers, you will also:

• Coordinate passengers and their bookings
• Assist with ticketing and check-in services for both passengers and commercial vehicles
• Ensure customer’s luggage is well looked after and properly labelled
• Provide general travel advice and information to our passengers
• Lift passenger luggage ( a moderate level of fitness will be required)
