We are looking for a very valuable addition to our office – the first smile to greet farmers. Our office provides manure management and compliance services to Iowa farmers. We need a friendly face to engage clients and ensure that the office operates at optimal levels.

This position will provide administrative support to all our dedicated professional staff but will work specifically under the direction of the owner. The ideal candidate will possess an “Iowa farm” mentality – the work ethic that we are known for around the nation. A self-starter with a love of organization and attention to detail will do well in our high-speed atmosphere.

Specific Job Duties:

• Welcome and assist farmers in office
• Maintain office operational supplies
• Assist with expenses, income and payroll functions
• Manage detailed office filing system
• Coordinate with local county and DNR offices
• Ensure accuracy of office documents

Requirements:

• Associates degree or farming background is preferred
• Knowledge of computer systems and software including: email, spreadsheets, and word processing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting and quickbooks
• Attention to detail in filing, CRM management, and proofreading documents
