As our Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for executing local marketing and communications strategy based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements consistent with KONE´s mission, vision and long-term goals.

You will also create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by executing and tracking marketing activities for different marketing segments and customers.

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be our brand´s voice. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and a willingness to adapt according to the situation.

What can you expect from the position?

• Develop and project manage multiple communications activities, including technical and/or promotional writing and design (print and online), audio and video production and digital communications ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards
• Creates an integrated communications digital strategy including email campaigns, web pages optimized for SEO and SEM, display ads and social media posts for digital campaigns which include creating video, digital and printed content.
• Track and leverage qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make insights-driven adjustments for continuous improvements
• Develop creative messaging strategies to advertise the company´s vision and products on the top social media platforms
• Increase brand awareness, leading the social media community and leading their targets

What you will need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or Business Administration
• Previous experience in Marketing and Communications preferred 3+ years
• Experience working on social media marketing and an awareness of different social media platforms
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics and experience with marketing campaigns on social media
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Final Cut Pro X and After effects.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS language
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English/ Spanish
• Attention to detail and accuracy while meeting critical deadlines
