Data Entry Administrator – Imports and Exports
Shakopee, MN| 2-month contract | $24-28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Ensure shipments on the import/export shipping register are researched, audited, and the findings are documented for next-level action.
- Request and gather any and all missing documentation from the appropriate source, freight forwarders, carriers, etc.
- Partner with the UK Compliance and Logistics department to ensure accurate work and direction.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all import, export, and transport rules and regulations.
- Maintain recordkeeping for the United Kingdom, export shipments in compliance with the Export Administration
- Additional tasks and responsibilities based on the direction of the Manager of Trade Compliance.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
