Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday – 8:30 – 5:00 with 1 hour lunch (This may vary as providers are in/out of the office or to cover other front office staff)

Location: Agoura Hills, CA 91301

Pay: $21-$22 based on experience

Status: Temporary (30 day MIN, if a good fit, term could be extended into temp to hire)

What you’ll be doing:

• Scheduling, canceling, rescheduling appointments for 10 providers
• Pulling charts
• Distributing faxes with charts to back office
• Preparing prescription requests
• Filing charts
• Customer service
• Various administrative tasks

What you bring to us:

• Reliability and an eagerness to work
• Customer service experience that includes busy multi-line phone and face to face interaction.
• Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a busy medical office
• No medical background required
