May Include: landscaping, snow removal in winter, guest calls for repairs, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, minor carpentry work and other duties as needed. Experience within the hotel trade and some knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating/air conditioning preferred, but not required. Must be at least age 18 due to labor laws. Required to lift at least 50 lbs and pass random drug testing. Employer requires current references (they will be checked). Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, may include weekends and holidays, and have a working reliable phone. Full time position. Pays $14 per hour, depending on experience.
