Fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join Kordia and support the Chief of Sales & Marketing Officer and General Manager of Kordia Solutions New Zealand.
Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistants role is responsible for: supporting the Chief of Sales & Marketing and the General Manager of Solutions, providing business support to the wider Sales & Marketing and Solutions teams, and providing management and support of the Auckland Reception role.

Working closely and reporting to the Chief of Sales & Marketing and the General Manager of Solutions, the Executive Assistant is a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of administration to support these key stakeholders and the wider team. The role is a busy position and will suit someone who is capable of multi-tasking and managing conflicting priorities.
The Executive Assistant role is office based.
This role will suit a candidate with; a confident, friendly and assertive personality, a background as and Executive Assistant, and an effective high-level administrator with the ability to multitask.
Immediate start required to ensure an effective handover with the incumbent.
