KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our KPMG Foundation team.
Responsibilities
Work with Foundation staff to oversee project schedules, project timelines, and manage board documents and grant information (Agreements, MOUs, etc)
Create and maintain a structure to organize shared folders and storage for applications, documentation, financial reports, presentations and other files
Assist in board & board committee, task force, or special project management from scheduling to preparing materials to follow up
Draft board materials as needed (agendas, power point presentations, minutes, etc.)
Draft and contribute to presentations and communications about the Foundation for various audiences and decks about Foundation activity for various audiences
Work with the Foundation F&A team as needed to create reports or summarize financial information
Liaise with departments of the firm to collaborate as needed (i.e. DEI, HR, Community Impact, etc)
Qualifications
Minimum one year of related work experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience using internet research tools and database management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook
Team player, detail oriented, ability to be flexible and wear many hats
Experience and/or passion for community impact work is a plus
