KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Learning Measurement & Evaluation to join our Learning & Development organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute learning measurement and program evaluation plans for KPMG Learning & Development (L&D) teams
Leverage a standardized learning measurement toolkit which includes frameworks, templates, scorecards, rubrics and guidance to conduct measurement and evaluation activities for assigned projects
Use a suite of business intelligence tools including Alteryx, PowerBI, SQL and Excel to analyze and report outcomes of learning solutions
Analyze data to produce reports providing insights and suggestions on how to continually improve L&D effectiveness
Communicate learning measurement and program evaluation findings and recommendations to stakeholders and assist stakeholder understanding of underlying data
For L&D managed reporting systems – communicate business requirements for standard reporting needed to support efficient data collection, analysis and reporting (ensure reporting dashboards remain fit for purpose)
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience using a suite of business intelligence tools and applications for data and analytics (PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, SQL, R, Python) preferably within a large organization
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university in related field a plus (D&A, data science, statistics, educational research/measurement, psychometrics, adult learning, instructional technology, instructional design, etc.); Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or auditing, will be considered if accompanied by other related field skills and experience requirements are met
Demonstrated ability to successfully translate program goals into measurement plans; demonstrated ability to successfully translate and communicate technical results to stakeholders to support stakeholder understanding and decision making
Experience with financial statement audit, attestation or assurance services preferred; experience with Questionmark’s Perception and Metrics That Matter applications preferred
