KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Market Development to join our Microsoft Alliances team organization.
Responsibilities:
Drive business development efforts around our KPMG Microsoft Global Learning Solutions; incubation strategy to execution
Be responsible for developing, launching and evangelizing the value and innovation of the KPMG LEAP platform enabled by Microsoft
Create value propositions, narratives, Go To Market, and launch plans to shape business outcome-oriented propositions for KPMG learning solutions
Maintain and manage sales performance, forecasting, and tracking of all leads and opportunities
Span includes thought leadership centered on accelerating adoption of our KPMG Learning Platform (LEAP) across enterprises and industries
Work closely with global leadership in developing and implementing learning strategy and plans; act as a trusted advisor/discussion partner to clients
Qualifications:
Minimum ten years of recent experience learning, business development and sales with heavy Microsoft solution expertise
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or university or similar work experience in Market development
Deep understanding of Learning technology evolution; advanced comprehension of the learning marketplace and effective GTM strategies
Solid knowledge of KPMG Connected Enterprise Solutions (KPMG LEAP Platform built on Microsoft); excellent command of learning technologies that will support growth in the flow of work
Experience in high level solution design of large complex learning architectures; innovative ‘Point of View’ on learning in the flow of work
Excellent presentation skills for podcasts, webinars, and conferences; possess a large executive learning network and marketplace presence; advanced knowledge of learning measurement

Seattle / Irvine / Los Angeles Salary Range: Low: $182100 – High: $363900
Sacramento / San Diego Salary Range: Low: $173800 – High: $347300
