Are you our next Strategy Consultant – Healthcare & Life Sciences?

Applicants with relevant HLS consulting experience or a relevant healthcare/life sciences focused Masters/PhD looking to transition to consulting are encouraged to apply.

Location: Dublin, Belfast, Galway or Cork as part of our hybrid working model.

• Concise communication style, which focuses on the key details in a clear and visually engaging manner.

• Strong presentation skills, mastery of the facts, and confident handling Q&A.

• Responsive, able to manage multiple asks, and capable of owning your work.

• Ability to adapt to new challenges, with an openness to learn about new sectors outside HLS.

• Interactive team player who is ready to cooperate on deliverables.

• Capable of structuring a problem and designing a solution.

• Excellent supporting academics in HLS subjects such as biology, biochemistry, genetics, medicine, neuroscience, pharmacy, or other.

• A Masters/PhD in same or 1 years’ experience within HLS, either within industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, Medtech, etc.), a regulatory authority, consulting, clinical trials, or in another technical capacity.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

• Play an active role across all parts of project delivery, from project planning, problem framing, hypothesising, storyboarding, research, quantitative analysis, identifying insights, write-up, and presentation.

• Designing and creating visually impactful outputs which provide our clients with an easily understood, clear message.

• Lead on primary and secondary research, gathering data and testing hypotheses.

• Drive project progress through regular feedback and cooperation with the rest of the Strategy team.
