The Clients & Markets function, in conjunction with NMP Brand & Growth, is responsible for developing our go-to market strategy, maintaining and raising our brand profile and building trust, and in conjunction with our Head of Growth, working with National Industry Leaders and Divisional National Managing Partners to drive profitable and sustainable growth. Our focus is on creating demand, building capability in our people and enabling sales through a consistent global framework for business development (the KPMG Way). The Clients & Markets function builds the firm’s brand and reputation and provides the information, tools, support and challenge required to identify, win and retain clients and to deploy our high performing sales and marketing team.
