Our people experience is anchored in our ambition of ‘Fuelling New Zealand’s prosperity’ and our commitment to the shared wealth and well-being for all New Zealanders. To deliver this, we realise we must attract, develop and retain the very best people. We strive to maintain an environment in which everyone can flourish. We believe in integrity, we never stop learning, we do what is right, we act boldly and together we draw strengths from our differences.
We try to demonstrate these values in our affinity networks, such as our Pride inclusivity group, our Māori and Pacifika community group, our ethnicity network, transparency on gender and ethnicity pay gaps and annual volunteer days.
We are proud to offer a supportive and flexible working environment that fosters creativity and provide opportunities that allow you to grow and develop as a creative.

Our advisors combine extensive knowledge of a wide variety of businesses and sectors to provide clients with a service, which adds recognized value. Advisory is an exciting and challenging environment, which enables our global specialist knowledge to offer management consulting, risk consulting and transactions and restructuring services to our clients.
Assignments are often managed on a multi-disciplinary basis utilising the skills and experience of advisors from more than one team or service area. There is an expectation that individuals are able to work outside their service area and across the wider Advisory division should the need arise.
