Description & Requirements
Objective:
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supervising the achievement of plans and strategies. Actively participates on the creation of annual brand plans and manage to deliver results.
Identify brand opportunities- manage innovation and product development to deliver brands performance targets in Mexico: revenue- profitability- share.
Support the execution of the local innovation plan by clearly monitoring the compliance of the innovation process as well as giving visibility of the projects to all key stakeholders.
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
Create and monitor brand plans ensuring that all efforts are directed to achieve short- medium- and long-term business objectives.
Design- implement and monitor the innovation methodology and local plan.
Maintain commercial relationship with key commercial partners (copackers and distributors)
Lead brands innovations projects from idea to launch.
Responsible for Digital communication platforms: strategy and execution
Works closely with Trade Marketing to guide and agree on POS plans- investment and execution.
Competencies (experiences/ Education)
Bachelor Degree in Marketing- Business Administration or any related. +2 years
Marketing experience in FGCG
Advanced English Project and Product
Management Data analysis Digital marketing knowledge (desirable)
