What will you do in this position?

• Assist the sales manager with order-entry, monitoring status of orders, and processing customer contracts.
• Complete various administrative functions including follow-up on internet leads, data-entry, letter correspondence, customer service and answering phone calls.
• Support the sales manager with selling our products and services.
• Follow-up with customers to answer questions, recommend products and finalize orders.
• Assist customers and arrange payment terms in accordance with established company guidelines.
• May conduct occasional cemetery lot checks identifying granite to be matched and/or inscriptions, take photos, etc.
• Work with area funeral directors and their staffs on various customer orders.
• General office duties such as filing, phone, customer service, and assist with maintaining cleanliness of the showroom, etc.
• This position would work about 24 hours a week with a schedule that includes working Mondays and Fridays 9:00am – 5:00pm and every other Saturday morning. Additional hours available based on business needs.

• Previous sales or retail experience required.
• Can provide superior customer service.
• Attention to detail and precision in completing work tasks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Solid computer skills (previous ERP/SAP experience helpful).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
