About The Function:
Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 200 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a Bookkeeper to our Outsourced Accounting Services team.

Responsibilities:
- Integrate technology platforms to minimize manual inputs
- Code cash disbursements and receipts into QuickBooks system from client documents
- Enter submitted invoices into bill pay management system
- Enter submitted receipts into expense management system
- Maintain chart of accounts
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record payroll journal entry from payroll reports
- Scanning of pertinent client documents into the Engagement binder
- Prepare journal entries and record them into the QuickBooks system
- Assist client in maintaining W-9s for subcontractors and service providers
