Krieger Analytics Hiring for Remote Accounting Role at Remote Full Time

Krieger Analytics is a full-service solution to outsource small business accounting and finance departments. We are a boutique accounting firm out of Denver, Colorado with a growing, national client base. Our services include bookkeeping, CFO services, and financial consulting.

This position is perfect for an individual that is looking for a variety and wants the ability to grow within an up and coming company. This isn’t your standard accounting firm – we look to outsource finance and accounting roles for our clients.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Someone who works well independently and believes they can offer value to clients by working efficiently and pro-actively addressing problems
• This job is predominately a remote job – however, we will meet up 1-2 times per week to discuss progress, training, and planning.
• Someone who wants to work from home and set their hours.
• Someone who has worked in environments in the past with deadlines and due dates
• This individual ideally has 2+ years of public accounting experiences, specifically in auditing, bookkeeping, or consulting.
• Someone who can manage multiple clients needs and prioritize tasks

The Specifics

Here’s the specific areas I am looking for the role to participate in:

• Month End Close – No month end close process is the same – we close the books each month for several or our clients including doing bank reconciliations, accounting for inventory, accruals, and other items.
• Day to Day Bookkeeping – Entering client bills, sending invoices, and other daily tasks
• Ad Hoc Projects – Our clients have unique needs – some may need a forecast prepared, others may have a pricing exercise. This role will work directly with the owner on accounting and finance projects as they arise.
• Reporting – Complete monthly reports for clients including financial statements and customized operational reports.

About You

Here’s what we are seeking in our senior accountant and the minimum requirements you must have to qualify for the position:

• 2+ year in working in a public accounting environment
• Ability to potentially flex to more hours early in the month and less hours later in the month
• A desire to flex between 20-50 hours of work each week (more hours required in first two weeks, less hours in the last half the month).
• Strong work ethic – “whatever it takes” attitude
• Demonstrate consistent follow-through and ability to work independently, with minimal direction

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
