Krispy Kreme Hiring for Project Coordinator, US Operations at Charlotte, NC Full Time

Since its founding in 1937, Krispy Kreme’s focus has remained the same – making fresh doughnuts using our founder’s original recipe. The brand’s iconic Hot Light lets consumers know when doughnuts are being made in the shop so they can stop in and enjoy them hot, right off the line.

At Krispy Kreme, as we continue to grow our network through either new shops or through expansion in our Deliver Fresh Daily program, we need a US Operations Project Coordinator to support our team through project timelines and coordination of travel. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also assist in defining the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Learn and track deadlines and completions on the Project Ray Implementation Task List
• Clear verbal and written communication to owners of tasks on upcoming or past items
• Ability to book/coordinate larger or individual travel with opportunity for group savings
• Long term bookings
• Project planning & execution via activities, resources, equipment and information
• Develop and share project documentation and reporting (up to date, accurate, track performance, prepare and distribute updates to the project team and stakeholders)
• Support and facilitate project meetings, and follow-ups, and provide administrative support as needed.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Has 2+ years of project management/coordination experience including:
• Tracking, communicating and documenting project updates/changes
• Managing calendars and travel arrangements
• Smartsheets and Concur experience is a plus
