Krispy Kreme Hiring for Regional Training Specialist at United States Full Time

Krispy Kreme’s Regional Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment and sustainable implementation of new training programs across one of six regions within two divisions of the company. This position is key to supporting the launch of new training initiatives and projects, providing in-depth performance analysis, and advising on improvement plans. The Regional Training Specialist will be responsible for the growth and development of Certified Trainers within the region by offering ongoing coaching and feedback. Additionally, this role will support any new shop openings within the region.

This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader who can provide strategic guidance, oversee operations, and ensure the seamless execution of training programs.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Deploy and implement regional strategies aligned with the overall training program objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of training initiatives to ensure they meet established goals and KPIs.
• Assist in recruiting, training a team of certified trainers responsible for training coordination and execution of the new training and ongoing training programs.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
• Implement processes to assess and improve the quality and effectiveness of the training program in each region
• Prepare regular reports on regional training activities, progress, and outcomes for review by senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to training initiatives and regional performance

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• 4+ years of experience with 2 years of management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in training preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, training, development, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Experience successfully implementing training programs with the ability to analyze performance and create action plans preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field and/or CPLP, PMP preferred.
