RESPONSIBILITIES:

This Senior Manager will provide management, business consulting, and technology consulting to Global 1000 clients on a wide range of projects, including contract management, matter management/eBilling, and IP management.xc3x82 For each of these areas, lead client engagements with developing improved business processes, evaluating and selecting technology, and leading all aspects of process and technology implementation.xc3x82 The individual will be responsible for leading projects and managing teams of people to fulfill project needs.xc3x82 Project management activities include leading delivery of services, financial management, and overall quality of services.xc3x82 Individual will also contribute to developing new service and product offerings, assisting with business development activities, and helping grow the team and business.xc3x82

Additional responsibilities may be as follows:

• Project management.
• Client management.
• Business Analysis including process design, requirements gathering, and functional design
• Change management.
• System design and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:.xc3x82

• Bachelorxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s degree.
• 6 years of relevant experience preferred.xc3x82
• Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed.xc3x82
• Knowledge of large organization business processes and systems, particularly legal processes and systems.xc3x82
