Duties include, but not limited to:

• Enter employment data into company systems
• Assisting with the hiring process
• Setting up recruitment and training events
• Answering any employee inquiries
• Creating staff handbooks and updates
• Coordinating logistics for new hire onboarding
• Updating employee records
• Support department and company leadership with administrative duties related to Human Resources
• Manage weekly payroll and subsequent reports and filings
• Assist in preparation of performance reports
• Assist in preparation and administration of all employee benefits
• Maintain records with government agencies related to payroll, unemployment, benefits, and 401(k), etc.
• Perform audits and compliance work related to Human Resources
