Requirements:

• Proven experience in the delivery of a high quality food and beverage service within the hospitality industry
• Professional and full knowledge of menu, beverage selections and recipes
• Excellent communication skills
• Promote sales within the department and maximize every sales opportunity
• You must have some experience within the hospitality business and have fluent English

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Help create above and beyond experience for guests, providing courteous and professional service
• Assist with preparation of food set up, service, and clean up in dining facilities
• To assume visual merchandising responsibility & management of coffee station in all aspects, including excellent sales and customer service, preparation and presentation of beverages and information.
• Actively work toward creating a superlative café experience through customer service, beverage preparation and presentation, in-store marketing, and upkeep of the physical space
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures. React to weekly unit audit results and work towards a proactive manner in achieving high unit results
• Management of back of house operations including scheduling, ordering, and cash handling.
• Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient work environment.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact
