In this role, reporting to the Client Care Manager and owners directly, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and on-site tasks within a busy real estate office, with the ability to work remotely or on-site.
This role includes coordinating appointments for our properties as we prepare them for sale, assisting with the in-home marketing setup and display installations, and delivering supplies/items to clients and suppliers. Your role will also include the responsibility of listing our properties on our website and real estate boards – making them look great for the public to see.
An all-encompassing role within our Company, this is an exciting position for an outgoing individual with a high level of care in customer satisfaction and for those that enjoy working in a team environment. There will never be a dull moment and it will offer you an opportunity to grow within the organization over time.
You are required to have your own vehicle with a clean driving record and you will be required to drive to various locations to complete your tasks. There are bonus opportunities available based on the company’s performance and unlimited vacation with 2 weeks paid. You will also be provided a company iPhone and MacBook for business use.
Note: Our preference is someone who lives in Milton or is very close to Milton.

This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, however, there is some schedule flexibility if needed.
