Job description:
As a Remote CSR at KT Virtual Ops, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and satisfaction to our client’s customers by phone. You will ensure that all customers’ inquiries are handled in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
Your duties include answering incoming calls from customers and providing support or information as needed; responding to customer emails and live chat requests; resolving customer issues quickly and accurately in accordance with company policies; and participating in weekly team meetings to brainstorm solutions or discuss current projects.
You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and remain patient when dealing with customers. Additionally, you should have strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and prioritize and have a good understanding of customer service processes. Working remotely requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
