We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a remote work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing materials.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents.
• Perform data entry, manage databases, and update records as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Coordinate and liaise with team members and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
• Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is preferred.
