DUTIES INCLUDE:
– ORDER ENTRY OF SHIPMENTS – SCHEDULING APPTS
– PREPARING ALL CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS INCLUDING ACE AND ACI E-MANIFESTS AND ENSURING CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FOR BORDER CROSSING
-TRACKING AND TRACKING (PROVIDING UPDATES BY EMAIL AND BY PHONE TO OUR CLIENTS)
