Requirements

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Receptionist/Front Desk Assistant to support a busy insurance defense practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and prior law firm experience. Candidate must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, as well as, the ability to work independently.

This position provides administrative, legal and general office support to the teams which includes over-flow and back-up support to legal assistants; answering multi-line phones; processing invoices; profiling and managing physical and electronic documents; and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Two or more years of law firm experience
• Must be highly organized
• Fully computer literate
• Document profiling
• Invoice processing
• E-Filing and E-Service experience a plus
