What do we do?

We focus our business on the design and installation of residential and commercial solar projects, energy storage, Tesla Powerwall installation, electric vehicle (EV) Chargers, off-grid solar, and general electrical services.

What do we require of you?

• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors and be able to lift 50 lbs on a frequent basis as part of regular job duties.
• Must have experience operating a Forklift or skid-steer
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

What would be nice for you to have?

• Experience with shop/yard maintenance
• Experience backing up trucks and trailers
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• General knowledge of and use of hand tools
• Have basic computer skills to complete documents related to incoming and outgoing materials
• General knowledge of electrical components

Job Duties include but are not limited to

• Shipping & Receiving
• Inventory tracking
• Order picking and staging
• Loading trailers via forklift or manually
• General housekeeping of shop and yard
• Contribute to continuously improving processes and procedures in a proactive manner
• Perform additional job-related assignments as directed by supervisor
• Adhere to Kuby Energy safety policies and procedures

**Wage based upon experience**

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
