Wages: $16/hour (average after tips can be up to $22/ hr)

At Kura Sushi, our Fish Cutters take pride in ensuring our Guests are provided with the freshest, tastiest food by utilizing the unique Kura System. Previous experience fileting, cutting, and deboning fish REQUIRED. No prior sushi experience needed, but a can-do, positive attitude is a must!

Expectations:

Accurately cut, prepare and portion fish in accordance with Kuras recipes and procedures

Accurately prepare other menu items in accordance with Kuras recipes and procedures

Efficiently receive orders through the Kura System

Prepare high-quality dishes aligned with Kura standards

Maintain clean and organized prep stations

Stand for long periods of time

Lift items up to 25 lbs.

Schedule:

• Full-time and Part-time hours available!
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
