Your Role and Responsibilities
Business Advisor will perform the following activities:
Acts as a trusted advisor to leaders within the business
Assists with forming end to end strategy in the CTO Office, Sales team’s deployment & reporting & Delivery teams
Assists with communication strategy, fostering employee engagement, All Hands calls
Provide business analysis support for leadership team
Key Deliverables e.g. driving programs/projects to address business need, automation projects, metric performance analysis, etc. across the Cloud Practice portfolio
Drives automation, standardization, optimization projects across the portfolio
Assess the need for process redesign and deployment
Facilitates, designs efficient processes for data collection and participates in reviews with leaders & extended teams to achieve desired business outcomes (e.g., Sales Cadence, Delivery Cadence, Financial Interlock, Backlog Reviews, Automation)
Develop and manage industry Roadmaps that assist in the attainment of signings /revenue / GP targets
Maintain organized and functional data repositories and websites
Demonstrate leadership
Drive a positive operational climate via innovation, open communication, teamwork and execution of Kyndryl values
Effective time management skills, agile and lean practices, manage a large number of tasks in parallel
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $68,000 to $133,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
If you are hired into a New York City work location, the compensation range for the position, $82,000 – $160,000, is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Fundamental experience in business processes that involve running, building and analyzing processes.
Functional expertise lies in the areas of knowing how to use data and insights that provide business decisions support for strategy, planning and operations.
Experience in planning and operations supporting Enterprise; or similar experience in finance or analytics functions, leading across diverse teams that balanced between delivering on long-term/short-term goals.
Ability to navigate difficult conversations.
Responsible for the success of a project even when you don’t oversee all the pieces.
Successful by relying on your own expertise, trusting in others to deliver on theirs, and through deep collaboration.
Keep confidences and work selflessly to always do what’s best for Kyndryl.
