Job Description:

Applicant will perform verification tests to determine design compliance to EMI/EMC requirements in accordance with a written test procedure and/or checklist. The desired applicant should have a basic understanding of electric/electronic circuits and a basic understanding of EMI/EMC test methodologies. Applicant will be responsible for setup and execution of radiated emissions, radiated susceptibility, conducted emissions, and conducted susceptibility testing in accordance with test standards MIL-STD-461 A through G, DO-160 D through G, and DEF-STAN 59-411. The applicant should possess a basic understanding of equipment ranging from but not limited to multimeters, spectrum analyzers, receivers, oscilloscopes, amplifiers, current probes, and power supplies.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
