LACC After School Program operates The After School Education & Safety Program at 21 LAUSD elementary and middle school sites each afternoon that school is in session. More than 3000 students participate daily in this homework assistance and academic enrichment program.

Student attendance at the after-school program is kept on a school roster (template) and electronically via an Attendance App. Each month, attendance is submitted monthly to LAUSD for invoicing purpose. Data which includes, Student Names, Student ID Numbers and/or Attendance Dates are collected from each school site throughout the month and quality assurance is needed to assure human errors are corrected.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Using an Excel template, you will input, spot check and correct monthly attendance for the after-school participants at the elementary and middle schools.

Qualifications:

Computer literate

Knowledge of excel

Detail oriented and accurate

Proficient at data entry

Reliable and responsible

Employment Status: Part-Time Employee (LA Conservation Corps)

Compensation: $20 per hour; approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Contract period: August 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023
