Responsibilities:

• Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties generally in support of an organizational unit.
• Duties include, but not necessarily all of the following: Setting up and maintaining files, answering telephone, and taking messages.
• Organizing, researching, and developing departmental reports
• Composing routine correspondence in response to inquiries
• Opening, sorting and distributing mail
• Monitoring office supplies Performing various related duties including those pertaining to the particular department.

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday, 2:00AM – 10:30AM

Requirements:

• Requires a High School Diploma
• Equivalent Administrative experience preferred
