Labor Finders is IMMEDIATELY looking to hire GENERAL LABORERS for needs throughout the San Jose and surrounding area.

MULTIPLE OPENINGS – HIRING IMMEDIATELY – DAILY / WEEKLY PAY

Pay $18.50-$30/Hour

Semi-Skilled & Skilled Positions typically pay more.

Temp-To-Hire Opportunities Available

We have a variety of positions available and they range in length from short-term to potential temp to hire opportunities.

Some of the types of projects and jobs we see CAN include:

• Event Staff (Lights, Guest Relations, Pedestrian Traffic Control, etc.)
• Site Cleanup
• Cleaning / janitorial / custodian
• Demolition
• Moving Materials and or Equipment
• Loading or Unloading Materials
• Digging & Trenching
• Landscaping
• General Warehouse Labor
• Production
• Various other type of general labor projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 year of age
• E-Verify will be used for Employment Authorization purposes.
• Choose which jobs or projects work for you.
• Reliable transportation will be needed to get to most work-sites.
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. or more for most projects, depending on the position.
• Must be able to to meet any physical demands of the job, which vary based on assignment.
• For projects in outdoor setting, candidates will need to be comfortable working in various weather conditions and temperatures.
• DAILY Pay is available for some projects – WEEKLY pay for other projects/jobs
