Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for interacting with customers and taking sales orders. They will also aid with the day to day functions of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers in person, on the phone and email
- Taking and recording deposit/payments with regards to salt orders
- Answer the main phone line and respond to general inquiries from the public
- Main Switchboard for LAT
- Regular communication with Operation Manager and Sales/Estimating Coordinator
- Perform office safety orientations as needed
- Aiding co-workers with various office tasks (filing, backup functions)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Experience with Cisco Finesse is an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
