FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Lafayette, CO area eye doctor is seeking a dynamic, compassionate Front Desk Coordinator to help our growing office welcome our patients. This position plays a key role in helping to manage interactions with patients and staff and organize vital functions needed to keep our schedule full.

JOB DUTIES:

* Welcoming all patients and guests to the practice

* Answering telephone, appointment confirmations and patient calls

* Scheduling appointments and maintaining full appointment schedule

* Maintaining efficient patient flow

* Insurance pre-certifications and verifications

MUST HAVE QUALITIES:

* Caring & friendly demeanor

* Detail orientation

* Multi-tasker and quick learner

* Professional, thoughtful, and willing to go above and beyond to exceed our patient’s expectations

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

* Excellent phone and communication skills

* Proficient in social media

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

* Optical skills preferred but not a must
