Full Job Description

LaGoyVenturesLLC helps women shed their layers, tune into their divine guidance, and awaken their joyful spirit. We are looking to hire an optimistic and organized virtual assistant/customer engagement associate to help with daily administrative tasks and client engagement, primarily on Instagram.

This is for a starting position working remotely.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing and reading
• Is an independent worker that can make efficient decisions to make the businesses procedures smoother
• Social Media Expert- especially crucial for Instagram
• Very organized and proficient at using Google and Excel spreadsheets

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Interacting with potential leads across social media platforms to generate more sales, answer any customer questions, and provide information about services offered
• Assist with onboarding new clients using Google Sheets/Excel
• Knowledge on using scheduling software (ie Acuity)
• Takes initiative in checking in

Education:
High School or Equivalent (Required)
College, Any (Preferred)

Experience:
Administrative- 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service- 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location:

Remote

This position will begin at 2-4 hours/week.

There is a 30 day trial commitment to make sure we would be a great fit to work together as this person will ideally grow with the company and increase in hours, staying with the company for many months to come.
