PRIMARY SHIFT SCHEDULE: M-F, 12P-8P + Saturday OT as needed

Lake Country Dairy is an award winning Hard Italian Cheese manufacturing plant. We are proud to be a part of Wisconsin’s strong tradition of cheese making and our goal is to make the best cheese in the world. We are seeking a person to join our Soft Cheese Packaging team! This team packages our Mascarpone and vegan cream cheese product lines. Mascarpone is a delicious and creamy Italian Cream Cheese that is produced in 1 & 5 lb cups, and 20 & 30 lb bags. Our vegan cheese is new and growing! We have multiple flavors of this high quality plant based cream cheese.

Responsibilities:

Perform packaging tasks including: loading and unloading racks, boxing, labelling, palletizing and operating the metal detector. Complete documentation and paperwork.

Work is fast paced and work environment is cold. (34-37 degrees) Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills required. Lifting requirements range from 1-30 lbs on a consistent basis. Work involves operating a pallet jack.
